Job description:
The selected individual will be a part of a passionate team dedicated to making a difference! The incumbent will plan and execute digital fundraising campaigns and activities to garner support for underprivileged children and communities. The selected candidate needs to demonstrate a strong marketing orientation and sharp sales focus - to identify customer segments for targeting & engagement to drive fundraising. The position requires go-getters with excellent communication and presentation skills.
It is a unique opportunity for students to get hands-on training and learn about the essentials of digital marketing & other critical sales channels that work across industries.
Learnings:
The students selected under the program shall work with domain experts and leaders to get immersive, hands-on exposure to driving business through a digital-first approach.
• Practical understanding of how social channels can create a vibrant marketing and sales funnel.
• Learn customer segmentation, consumer behaviour and how to win a customer.
• Learn how to build customer relationships and manage the same to build a network.
• How to grow in an organisation by establishing and maintaining a positive working relationship.
• How to excel in your pitch and presentation to win business.

Remuneration (CTC pa in Rs L) - 2.4LPA Fixed
