SPJ Group is established in 1+62 and we are looking forward for passionate candidates who will work for our new brands and product launching. We are hiring for our Patanga Detergent Powder Segment, required Marketing & sales persons who will be confident to complete sales targets and handle challenges in the market smartly.

Job Description:
Product launch & Selling should be key strength areas of the candidate.
The candidate should be able to do direct sales to Retailers.
Able to do target base sales on daily basis.
Should be able to do in-shop branding and proper utilization of POP material.
To be able to search for New Distributors in their assigned areas and develop distribution network as per Company Policy.
Candidate with FMCG RETAIL SALES experience in the Detergent Industry, Soap, Personal care products will be preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: candidates who have A bachelor's degree graduate
Experience Required: 2-5 years (Priority to those candidates who have experience in FMCG Sector)
Candidates age should be below 40 yrs.
Salary will be as per working experience (according to Jd)
