Misuraa Projects LLP is an Importer & Stockiest of high end office chairs, dining chairs, sofa's, lounge chairs, designer tables etc. The company supplies furniture for projects pan India and also retails from its store located at Laxmi Industrial Estate, Andheri West, Mumbai. Seeking a Store Sales & Digital Marketing Executive who would be majorly responsible for in store sales, social media management and overlooking the online sale administration.
Responsibilities and Duties
Over the counter sales at the Furniture store located in Andheri West (Laxmi Industrial Estate)
Developing new business by establishing contact and maintaining professional relationships with prospects (Interior Designers/Architects) and recommending solutions.
Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Online Sales: Monitoring online sales, regulating online inventory, etc.
Managing social media accounts.
Liaising for website development and maintenance.
End to end client-servicing.
Liaising with internal and external customers for presentations, stock updates, billing, payments etc.
Actively following up with Interior designers, architects, purchase managers on day-to-day basis and creating awareness about the brand.
Visiting Interior designers / Architects for project pitching and liaising (As required)
Undertaking vendor registration procedures with clients as required
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: Absolutely Fluent English, Presentable & Well Groomed, Good Interpersonal Skills.
