Earthly Jewels is looking for a highly extroverted, street-smart Marketing & Sales Intern who thrives outside the office. This is not a desk job.
Your role is to spot opportunities in the real world, build relationships, drive brand visibility, and support sales growth. If you love meeting people, creating content, and making things happen — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Identify and execute brand collaboration opportunities (cafes, events, influencers, communities, etc.)
• Actively explore the city to discover creative marketing & visibility opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and potential brand ambassadors
• Assist in planning and executing innovative marketing campaigns
• Create and shoot raw, engaging social media content (Reels, BTS, street interactions, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal team on marketing strategy & execution
• Identify opportunities to feature the brand in events, pop-ups, and social gatherings
• Support sales initiatives by engaging potential customers, explaining products, and converting leads into buyers
• Assist in on-ground sales activities, exhibitions, and pop-up events
• Contribute ideas to increase brand awareness, recall, and revenue
Who You Are
• Extremely extroverted, confident, and proactive
• Comfortable approaching strangers, pitching ideas, and building connections
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and/or sales
• Naturally curious with an eye for opportunities and trends
• Basic understanding of Instagram content and short-form video
• Hustler mindset — you don’t wait for instructions, you create momentum
Bonus (Not Mandatory):
• Have experience in content creation or running a page
• Are well-connected socially (college, events, influencer circles)
• Are comfortable being on camera
