Job Description
Having min 2-4 years in the Marketing & Social Media & will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising the brand’s digital presence across social media and online platforms
Job responsiblities:-
Social Media Management
Manage daily content and posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, Facebook) (Linkedin & Youtube - done great else ready to do after few months)
Create captions, reels, stories, posts, and short-form videos aligned with brand tone
Track trends, memes, and platform updates to keep content fresh and rele
Content & Campaign Execution
Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies
Execute digital campaigns, product launches, festivals, and offers
Assist in influencer collaborations (coordination, briefs, deliverables, tracking)
Support offline-to-online marketing integrations (events, store launches, activations)
Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing calendars
Help with emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, landing pages, and basic copywriting
Coordinate with vendors for print, digital ads, and promotional material
Support paid ad campaigns (Meta/Google) through coordination and reporting
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs: reach, engagement, followers, CTR, leads, conversions
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
