Key Responsibilities
As the Marketing Specialist, you will:
Manage and enhance our websites and e-commerce platforms, ensuring they deliver a seamless experience for customers.
Boost online sales by designing and executing high-impact Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI.
Develop and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), increasing engagement and brand visibility.
Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, case studies, and presentations to support sales efforts and communicate our value proposition effectively.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to craft innovative strategies that differentiate our brand.
Analyse marketing performance, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and meet business goals.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels by maintaining cohesive messaging, design, and tone of voice.
Continuously improve digital platforms, including regular A/B testing, UX enhancements, and SEO optimisation.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive, hands-on marketing professional with:
A proven track record in digital marketing, including experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Shopify, and social media management.
Strong graphic design skills, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
Experience in content creation, with the ability to craft engaging copy for different audiences.
Analytical capabilities to track, measure, and optimise campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, branding, and audience engagement, ideally in a B2B or technical industry.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
