Your New Role
We are looking for a Marketing & Content Specialist who knows how to write sharp, versatile copy, and deliver content that truly works for users - clear, purposeful, and aligned to the end‑to‑end customer journey. This role goes beyond copywriting. You’ll shape how content is experienced across channels, ensuring it’s intuitive, consistent, and valuable at every touchpoint, as well as delivering marketing activity end-to-end.You’ll partner closely with marketing, digital, and stakeholders to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging experiences.
Some key responsibilities include:
Craft and deliver all copy for Squad initiatives, and own end‑to‑end copywriting delivery across all assets and web, owned and campaign channels
Manage marketing campaigns and initiatives end-to-end within the squad to achieve enterprise objectives
Audit, refine, and optimise existing content for clarity, flow, and impact
Collaborate with UX, marketing, and business teams to embed content into various channels
Apply insights, testing, and analytics to continuously improve content performance
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
Strong experience in copy writing, content design, content strategy, or content‑led marketing
Proven ability to write for clarity, usability, and audience understanding
Experience working in an agile environment preferrable
Confident working with stakeholders to shape and challenge marketing/content needs
