About the Company
Forza Global Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned supplier of plumbing and infrastructure solutions, operating nationally across multiple warehouse locations. We specialise in Stainless Press, PEX, and Crimp systems, servicing wholesale, trade, and commercial sectors.
Due to continued business growth and increased demand for structured marketing activities, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support our brand, product marketing, and digital engagement.
Role Overview
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services. The role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution across digital platforms and product marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns
Manage and grow digital channels including social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Coordinate development of marketing materials such as catalogues, brochures, and product documentation
Analyse market trends and campaign performance to optimise marketing outcomes
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
Assist with website content management and updates
Liaise with internal teams to align marketing with sales and operational activities
Skills and Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in a Marketing Specialist or similar role
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution
Experience managing social media platforms and marketing tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience in B2B, trade, construction, or industrial sectors
Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g. Odoo, Unleashed)
Basic graphic design or video editing capability
