Job brief
We are looking for a go-getter Marketing Specialist to drive our Social Media & content strategy. The right person shall represent our brand by building the social media & digital presence on various platforms.
You should be an out-of-the-box thinker who is motivated by creativity, data and audience insights to support marketing plans that help drive both conversions and engagement across platforms.
If you know how to creatively handle various online marketing tools, like websites, social media and blogs, this position is for you. You will be required to run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. You should also engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all platforms.
What we need your help with:
l Manage our overall Social Media presence.
l Work with team of designers, creators and agency reps in execution of key campaigns
l Define a holistic customer acquisition strategy for & orchestrate the collaboration/integration of all Social Media channels to ensure optimal results.
l Direct/oversee marketing campaign execution (working closely with various stakeholders).
l Consolidate and share weekly, monthly, quarterly insights and reports to BU.
l Work with colleagues to share out digital media best practices, performance data & product roadmaps.
l Be the go-to thought leader on new and emerging content ideas.
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
