Role: Press Officer - Marketing Specialist

Location: London

Hybrid Working: 4 days in office, WFH on Friday

Role Overview:

The firm is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the EMEA media relations team, based in London. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Media Relations and focus on managing media relations for the Research and Asset Management divisions, working alongside the broader team.

Responsibilities:
• Organise press interviews, relationship events, roundtable briefings, seminars, and television interviews in the UK.
• Distribute daily research reports and liaise with EMEA PR consultants for media events.
• Facilitate media training and manage the firm's submissions for industry awards.
• Distribute weekly corporate communications highlights and coordinate updates for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align PR and marketing strategies.

Key Skills:
• 2-5 years of media relations experience, either within an organisation or at an agency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with social media, video, and digital content production is beneficial.
• An interest in the financial services industry, with investment banking experience preferred.
• Degree educated or equivalent.
