Responsibilities
You'll help execute marketing campaigns, contribute new ideas, and support various marketing tasks
The ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and communicate effectively is essential
Process all department invoices including invoice tracking, affidavit analysis, reconciliation and cost allocation ensuring consistency in allocation by expense-type and market
Maintain logs and records of activity
Support Marketing team on the coordination of marketing materials and implementation of marketing campaigns
Maintain active vendor list for media placement and print production
Perform limited in-house design work and content development, as assigned
Assist with sourcing and distributing branch marketing supplies and promotional items
Maintain inventory records and process fulfillment requests
Represent the Bank at various community, business, and educational functions
Perform other related duties as assigned
