We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns that drive customer engagement and generate revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and profitability
• Create and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience
• Conduct market research and analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including website copy, blog posts, and social media updates
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and A/B testing
• Implement and monitor marketing automation tools, reporting on performance metrics, and continuously optimizing campaigns
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategy and tactical initiatives
• Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to deliver against defined project timelines and objectives
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring ROI on all activities
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B
• Experience working with marketing automation tools, such as Hubspot or Marketo
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
