Responsibilities
• Expand the content available for use in all global regions, major focus on India, Asia, and Australia.
• Work with business and product line leaders to write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
• Organise and execute product photoshoot, video shoot, catalogue designing and content development for communications and product marketing.
• Create corporate videos, testimonials, and corporate brochure.
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Strive to achieve marketing automation to have proper orders pipeline management, leads nurturing etc.,
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events, traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
• Hands on experience in marketing technologies like augmented reality, virtual reality, power bi, and data analytics etc.,
• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
• Must be well-versed in social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp etc.
• Develop marketing strategies and conduct campaigns by defining activities for the brand in line with corporate guidelines.
• Conduct market research and perform analysis to explore the opportunities.
• Act as a brand custodian to promote corporate branding.
• Create branding in factory, sites, showroom, and offices.
• Develop strategies to promote the brand through CSR initiatives.
• Create branding in dealers and customers offices & show rooms.
• Promote events conducted by customers, dealers and agents at their place and use them for brand building.
• Create the relevant contents for internal and external newsletters, press release and articles.
• Promote company products in online webinars and product demos to promote digital marketing.
• Identify and manage the activities with PR agencies, event agencies, merchandise agencies, branding & printing agencies.
Education:
• MBA – Marketing & BE- Mechanical preferred
Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing marketing activities for a manufacturing / similar type of industry.
Additional certification:
• Certification course in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Other Requirements:
• Ability to understand business, customers and create marketing stories.
• Ability to influence sales, service, and cross-functional teams as change agent.
• Ability to work in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other marketing tools.
• Ability to work in MS Office platform.
• Ability to communicate with good command over verbal and written English.
• Ability to think out-of-box and work passionately.
• Ability to perform data orientation, interpretation, and analysis.
