The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing campaigns that promote the company's products across enterprise and field marketing. This role involves supporting marketing operations across various tasks such as research, content creation, event planning, and analysis of marketing data.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Provide direction in competitive positioning and messaging of both new and existing products (across observability and APM)

· Support planning and execution of innovative product launches and other FTMs that produce effective content such as blogs, use-cases, guides, videos testimonials etc.

· Demonstration of a metrics-driven approach to success and can show Return on Investment (ROI) by tracking results from funded/co-marketing activity against budget.

· Continuously improve product marketing processes and help establish best practices for working across campaigns, creative and sales enablement in alignment with OKRs

· Account Based marketing to support local content strategy by understanding our key audiences and industries.

· Execute A/B tests for new or existing programs throughout the customer journey.

· Monitor existing programs and explore data to utilize for program optimization.

· Develop relationships with key industry influencers, associations, partners, media houses and analysts to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

· Support the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEM, SEO, paid advertising.

· Manage events, including event planning, logistics, and execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

· 3+ years’ experience in online and offline marketing at B2B SaaS based product company.

· Should have content samples to provide during the interview (If not available, candidate should be open to undertaking a content exercise)

· Should know marketing automation software’s – Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, Marketo, HubSpot, WordPress, SEMrush, Adobe Suite

Good to Have:
• Experience in Sponsorships, Field Marketing, and Community Events
• Demonstratable results in SEO & SEM Optimization
• Design & UI/UX capabilities across Adobe Creative Suite
