The Role

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our entertainment offerings
Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and promotional materials
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials
Track and measure campaign performance using analytics tools
Coordinate with external agencies and partners for marketing initiatives
Planning and executing promotional events
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of entertainment industry trends
Contribute to quarterly marketing plans and budget management
Conduct comprehensive marketing research to identify target audience preferences, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and inform strategic decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in entertainment or media
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with analytics tools and data-driven marketing
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Knowledge of the Australian entertainment landscape
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
