Experience & mindset
2–5 years in marketing (brand, media, digital, social, or creative agency) with a strong desire to level up fast
Deep interest in digital-first marketing and social platforms (you spot trends before they hit mainstream)
Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in fast-moving environments without losing focus or quality
Skills that Matter
Strong written and verbal communication, you can craft a clear brief and tell a compelling story
Creative and analytical (big ideas backed by data)
Comfortable with ambiguity and energised by building things from scratch
Proficient in core office tools and quick to learn new systems

You thrive with creative freedom and genuine ownership
