Responsibilities
This person will report directly to the Digital Marketing Lead
Perform market research, while strategizing with other marketing team members on how to best use information to draw traffic to Steffes Group, Inc
Generate, edit, publish, and share content to aid in the success of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generations
Use content management and other publishing tools for the production, organization, and aggregation of content
Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, tools, and applications
Attend weekly marketing team meetings to brainstorm new methods of marketing as well as update on any current & ongoing projects
Educate sales staff on best practices for digital marketing needs, while giving weekly updates to sales team members on current and upcoming campaigns

As a thriving auction company since 1+60, we have been busy selling everything from combines & tractors to tillable farm acreage, hay, and livestock. We also sell an array of assets including construction equipment, large estates, business holdings, and more! From that time forward, the company has experienced a continued growth pattern & an expansion of offered services.
The Marketing Specialist at Steffes Group, Inc. will be based out of our West Fargo, ND site and will play an integral role in developing digital marketing strategies, schedules, and campaigns through paid social media, search, and display advertising venues. This person will report directly to the Digital Marketing Lead.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform market research, while strategizing with other marketing team members on how to best use information to draw traffic to Steffes Group, Inc.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share content to aid in the success of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generations
• Use content management and other publishing tools for the production, organization, and aggregation of content
• Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, tools, and applications
• Attend weekly marketing team meetings to brainstorm new methods of marketing as well as update on any current & ongoing projects
• Educate sales staff on best practices for digital marketing needs, while giving weekly updates to sales team members on current and upcoming campaigns
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 2 years social media marketing OR professional business experience strongly preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite strongly preferred
• Previous experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics is a plus
