Grow your career with us as a Marketing Specialist, India SAARC for the South Asia Pacific (SAP) region, where you will manage key initiatives for India SAARC countries, Channel and Partner Marketing, events, digital marketing, and academy & training programs.

You play an important role to increase brand awareness and elevate the ROI of marketing activities.

With this role, comes the opportunity to independently manage portfolios and vendors, using your dynamic personality and ability to coordinate among multiple stakeholders. You will drive marketing campaigns, lead generation programs, tactics at the channels and end-users community, all to achieve sales and marketing objectives. There are also development opportunities to manage regional projects and tasks.

This role will be based in Bangalore, India.

What you will do

In addition to the execution of the strategy for the identified countries, you will manage;

PARTNER MARKETING: Channel and Distributors
• Collaborate with our channel partner organization to create a program that will help us go to market through distributors and partners.
• Maintain a balance between co-marketing activities with partners and end customers.
• Ensure our partner communications strategy is tailored to the region using our newsletters, onboarding content, local website content and local content marketing.

DEMAND GENERATION
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, SAP and APAC Marketing teams to roll out relevant, segment-specific campaigns in our region.
• Share feedback and insights about your region's segments with the APAC Marketing teams to assist with their campaign creation planning.
• Evaluate lead generation and conversion rates in key segments.

EVENTS (ONLINE & OFFLINE)
• Ensure that the Axis brand experience and solution messaging is represented at key industry events and at Axis' own organic events such as customer conferences.
• Planning the annual calendar of internal, internal, channel and partner events

AXIS EXPERIENCE CENTRE (AEC)
• Roll out the AEC marketing program, with the use of AEC as a brand experience touchpoint to generate and influence leads from our distributors, partners, technology integration partners, end customers, and press.
• Review how well AEC is utilised and provide best practices on how to enhance the experience.

AXIS COMMUNICATIONS' ACADEMY
• Manage the Academy & Learning Modules for India SAARC countries, both classroom-based and virtual.
• Promote the course curriculum and position Axis Academy as an aspirational learning platform.
• Collaborate with the relevant Trainer in the region to ensure we receive feedback on our training material.
• Provide insights and feedback to shape our course roadmap.

Who you are
• Bachelor- in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing preferably in IT and/or security industries with at least 5 years of experience running channel partner marketing programs
• Knowledge and experience working with Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
• Candidates with experience in multiple marketing sub-fields will have a strong advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English skills are required, and knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
• Enthusiastic and confident individual who can take initiative and thrive in an open, transparent work culture with minimal supervision.
• A self-driven and self-motivated team player.
