Australian Meat Company is a leading Melbourne based company. We pride ourselves with expertise in all categories of Beef, Lamb, Pork, Chicken, Deli, Game and Sausages. We are a licensed facility of Meat Standards Australia (MSA), ensuring that all beef and sheep meat products are quality graded cuts, meeting MSA’s standards for tenderness, juiciness and flavour.
We also has a large fleet of refrigerated delivery vehicles, all licensed by the Victorian Authority Primesafe.
Due to ongoing business expansion and growing market operations, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of promotional strategies, enhancing brand presence and market competitiveness.
Task & responsibilities
1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to meat products, enhancing brand awareness and product recognition.
2. Research market demand and consumption trends in the meat industry, gathering insights from various client segments (e.g. retail, food service, processing) to identify potential sales opportunities.
3. Contribute to pricing strategy development by analyzing market feedback and cost structures to optimize profitability and competitiveness.
4. Plan and coordinate offline trade shows, industry promotions, and online advertising to increase product visibility in target markets.
5. Manage the company website and social media accounts, regularly publishing content related to product features, nutrition facts, and usage tips to build a professional brand image.
6. Analyze campaign performance, including ad conversion, sales data and so on, to inform strategic marketing decisions.
7. Support the formulation of annual marketing budgets and plans to help achieve sales and branding targets.
8. Prepare and manage marketing collateral such as product brochures, promotional posters, client newsletters, and e-commerce listings to support product positioning and brand consistency.
9. Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience as Marketing Specialist
- Diploma or higher qualification
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication and coordination, and team management skills
- Proficient in project management and orderly execution, with the ability to lead the entire process of marketing activities from concept to execution and analysis
- Proficient experience in using marketing tools and digital marketing platforms, such as social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM
- Excellent ability to collaborate with sales teams to drive the generation, conversion, and revenue growth of potential customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
