Job Description:
As a Marketing Specialist at Penfold College, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our courses and brand. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing market trends to drive student enrollment and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote Penfold College courses and programs.
Work closely with external agencies and vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging and quality.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website, social media, brochures, and newsletters.
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for growth.
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the admissions team to support student recruitment efforts.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to ensure Penfold College remains competitive in the education market.
Assist in organizing and promoting events, such as open days and workshops, to attract prospective students.
Requirements:
Proven experience (at least 2 years) in a marketing role, preferably in the education sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
