Shift: Night Shift (US-based shift) – Mandatory
Experience Required: 3-4 years

Unicodez is a US-based IT and Software Development company with operations in India. We specialize in providing cutting-edge IT services, product development, and consulting solutions to global clients. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Bhopal office.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with US vendors and clients through calls and emails to build strong business relationships.
Generate qualified leads for IT consulting projects in the US market.
Maintain and update CRM with vendor/client interactions and progress reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies.
Achieve monthly targets related to lead generation and project acquisition.
Identify and secure IT project opportunities.
Requirements
Must completed - Bachelor’s degree - Marketing and Technology (Any related field)
Prior experience in US IT staffing / marketing / lead generation will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable working in night shift (US-based shift).
Ability to work from the Bhopal office (Work from Office is mandatory).
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and performance targets.
