We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll take ownership of our marketing initiatives across platforms. From digital campaigns and property listings to brand development and resident communication, you’ll help shape the voice and visibility of Axis.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising
Design and manage property listings, photos, and marketing content across platforms (i.e. Zillow, Facebook, Apartments.com, etc.)
Maintain and grow our social media presence with engaging, consistent content
Collaborate with the leasing team to generate qualified leads and support occupancy goals
Coordinate branding efforts across signage, brochures, and promotional materials
Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
Manage online reputation and review responses
Assist in the development and maintenance of company website and digital assets
Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing use
Contribute to weekly team meetings and support company KPI goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Proven experience with digital marketing tools, content creation, and social media platforms
Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, Google Business Profile, and Google Ads a plus
Real estate or property management marketing experience is a bonus, but not required
