Urgent opening for Marketing Specialist – Sr.Executive BTL Activation ecommerce for Chembur Location.

Job Description: -
To provide result-oriented advertising and marketing activities designed to meet customer needs. To achieve sustainable business growth through market intelligence, creativity, and strategic vision, and to build an organization that attracts, develops, and retains outstanding people & to implement in-store marketing activity in order to increase sales
Key responsibilities
· Planning and executing all BTL activities - Events (roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, fairs, events, sponsorship), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures) and brand/service placement.
· Planning and innovating new marketing initiatives on a regular interval to create a brand recall and awareness.
· Responsible for setting up of strong network of vendors / Agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions
· Responsible for company’s permanent outdoor locations.
· Communicate marketing material to sales team and brokers.
· Responsible for creation and maintenance of the marketing material in the projects’ sites
· Optimizing the over-all operational efficiency and being accountable towards the Profit and Loss of the organization.
· Delegation of work along with monitoring and tracking the work of Delivery Team and Operating System.

Talented, Flexible individual with ability to multitask, to exercise initiative, and work effectively under pressure, paying strong attention to detail
Effective communications, presentation, trade shows, catalogues
· Brand promotion activities, telemarketing, free sampling, exhibitions and targeted search engine marketing.
· Good idea of General Management that involves in-house work along with professional collaborations.
· Command over sales and marketing to assist the Team whenever, and wherever required.
· Team Management abilities that involve versatility and flexibility in order to get the work done.
· A hunger for personal growth and over-all development will definitely help you fair well and keep up with the ever-evolving changes of this medium of marketing.
Qualification
· Minimum experience of 2-4 years with enough knowledge about the know-hows of BTL campaign, activations and campaign operations.
· Command over sales and marketing to assist the Team whenever, and wherever required.
