Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our EdTech products and services.
• Plan and manage social media strategies to boost engagement and visibility.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including email, social media, and blogs.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in marketing, preferably in the EdTech industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
• Fixed Pay: ₹10K-15K per month.
• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹30K per month based on achieving targets.
