Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sponsorship Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager
to work as a part of our business team for Pro Panja League and other properties. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to securing
sponsorships and growing our brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research, identifying and reach out to potential sponsors.
• Prepare sponsorship proposals, presentations, and documentation.
• Maintain a database of sponsors and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and events related to sponsorship activities.
• Support in negotiating sponsorship agreements and tracking deliverables.
• Conduct research to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Drive end to end delivery of agreed sponsor commitments
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Previous experience of working in sponsorships or partnerships domain is an added advantage
• Understanding of or exposure to televised league properties in sponsorship sales or servicing
domain is an added advantage.
