JOB ROLE - - Responsible for conducting research, monitoring, creating, and communicating strategic marketing plans to achieve the organizational goals and objectives. - Lead and optimize marketing initiatives for both company and client campaigns, work with cross-functional teams to set them into action. - Overseeing and generating innovative ways to market the company and its products. - Follow the most recent advancements in digital marketing to update the social media team about ad platform changes, new opportunities, and best practices. - Analyze marketing and sales metrics by assessing and evaluating the engagements and being aware of strategies, schedules and functioning to create a reliable, long-lasting online presence. ELIGIBILITY - - A minimum of 6 months experience developing and executing initiatives on social media and digital platforms for social or charitable organizations/campaigns. - A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in marketing, communications or a related field. - Should have a strong technical knowledge of advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google. - Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics - Strong teamwork and communication skills PERKS - Performance based stipend/salary. - Opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial self-starter environment and lead various projects simultaneously. - Certificate of experience.
