Job Description
Working as part of a regional team for Wellspring International Education, reporting to the Country Manager, you will provide support in the planning and student recruitment activity and relationship management.
The post will support all aspects of the delivery of the Organisation Global Strategy, by providing excellent customer relationship management and administrative support relating to student recruitment and admission.
The role will have a particular focus on schools, colleges, and agent liaison in order to meet international recruitment targets and raise the organisation profile within India.
The role will also provide support to applicants and their advisers through the admissions process by providing advice on application processes, scholarships, entry requirements as well as living and studying at our exclusive universities partners in USA.ResponsibilitiesSupport for student enquiries in India; answering students' enquiries (e.g. entry requirements, scholarships, etc application enquiries)Attend the student recruitment exhibitions throughout region.
Assist with the conversion of applications from lead to the point of registrationSupport processing of applications quickly and efficientlySupport the implementation of processes and systems around Indian student recruitment.
Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with Indian institutions, agents and other strategic international partners, with the aim of achieving strategic objectives.
Any other duties as directed.
