Job Description
POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing and executing marketing plans: This includes creating annual, quarterly, and monthly plans, setting strategies, and tracking results.
Managing social media: Outlining social media calendars, creating content, and engaging with followers.
Community engagement: Building relationships with community organizations, participating in local events, and supporting fundraising efforts.
Sales and catering support: Collaborating with the catering team to increase sales and working to meet catering goals.
Budget management: Overseeing marketing expenses and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Analyzing market trends: Staying informed about competitor activity and consumer behavior.
Promoting national campaigns: Implementing marketing initiatives at the local level.
Ensuring brand consistency: Maintaining brand standards and ensuring all marketing efforts align with Chick-fil-A's values.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Essential for building relationships with customers, community partners, and team members.
Excellent organizational and time management skills: Required for managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Creative problem-solving abilities: Necessary for developing innovative marketing strategies and overcoming challenges.
Proficiency in social media and digital marketing platforms: Important for reaching a wide audience and engaging with customers online.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred .
Previous marketing and/or restaurant experience is often preferred .
Mature, dependable, and results-oriented
Self-starter, creative, flexible, and able to adapt
Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic
Continuously represents the brand positively in a multitude of settings and generate brand awareness by being an opinion leader in his/her community
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Minimum of 30 hours per week
