I am the Marketing Assistant and I am responsible for managing admin work for the marketing team.
Providing administrative support and ad hoc reporting to drive team performance
• Managing the BBL diary
• Managing the logistics of the cyclical team calendar
• Organising logistics for offsites
• Managing the team space
• Delivery of team activities
• Managing reviews for NPD briefing related marketing assets, overseeing each review campaign
Content
• Communicate/share assets within Business Unit
• Creating banner mock ups
• Testing NPDs
• Manage the creation of brand content including hubs on the website
• Coordinating PR and blogger send-outs and creative mailers
Team
• The life of the team organising events including offsite get-togethers and happy hour
• Producing the Internal Buzz
Onboarding, Recruitment and Logistics
• Planning inductions for new joiners
• Managing recruitment schedules and logistics
• Subcontract process management
• Arranging travel for team members
• Organising POs for the team
• Organising initiatives to celebrate team success, with the BBL.
Meeting And Campaign Management
• Planning and arranging logistics for Zone Meetings, Brand Reviews and Strategy Meetings
• Uploading PIM/DAM data & content to SKUvantage
• Approving PPC ad copy and keyword lists
Gifting / GWP and gift task force
• Coordinate gifting activities
FM entry
• Any other admin support to the team
Key Competencies
• Strong Communication Skills, written & oral
• Strong MIS and excel skills , Basic PPT Skills.
• Strong at following up with different stakeholders
• Good business understanding
