Position: Digital Marketing Lead
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) or CEO
Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Lead to oversee all aspects of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of branding, digital marketing, and community building. This role involves managing a team focused on performance marketing and achieving digital sales targets, while also handling SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), marketing communications, and website content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Management: Oversee SEO, CRO, and both virtual and physical marketing strategies, understand user journeys, and optimize data to achieve conversion rates up to 6%. Implement innovative marketing tactics, including guerrilla marketing.
- Performance & Sales Automation: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies, implement sales automation using Zoho CRM, and design and manage analytics journeys and communication automation.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists to optimize the website for conversion.
Compensation:
- Industry Standard: 70-30 Fixed + Variable
- Hike: Up to 30%
- Salary Structure: Fixed + Loyalty Bonus (6 Months) + Quarterly Incentive + Monthly Incentive
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS, retail, or marketing industries.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in SEO, SMO, and various digital marketing tools.
- Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a marketing team.
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across departments and with various stakeholders.
