Join us as a Markets Data Management Manager, AVP
• We'll look to you to lead the function responsible for facilitating the on-boarding, reference data, off-boarding and in-life cycle events of our customers
• You'll define, drive and shape the culture of the department and embed strategic goals at all levels, working in partnership with clients, front office, sales and relationship managers to make sure they fully understand the team's strategy and agenda
• You'll manage projects on behalf of the stakeholders, formulating and executing plans, and delivering in-line with agreed risk, cost and time requirements
What you'll do
You'll monitor costs and risks to deliver acceptable financial performance within acceptable risk parameters, and you'll drive disciplined cost management.
You'll also participate in industry forums and regularly review market initiatives through vendor management in order to maintain and drive forward data quality best practice.
As well as this, you'll be responsible for :
• Acting as a point of escalation for queries raised, and monitoring workflow management
• Understanding the dynamics and relationships between reference data related problems, issues and situations
• Working with internal reference data team leads to deliver against cross-divisional data remediation requirements
• Understanding the full end-to-end client lifecycle, and identifying opportunities for streamlining and optimisation with the aim of providing an excellent customer experience
