Key Job Responsibilities:
Content Calendar Planning
Create monthly content calendars for clients (Corporate, B2B, and B2C).
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
Content Writing
Write engaging captions for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Creative Coordination
Provide clear content direction and brief to the graphic design team.
Guide designers on creatives based on brand tone, messaging, and campaign goals.
Review the designed graphics and ensure alignment with content and strategy.
Client Communication
Attend meetings with clients to understand content and marketing requirements.
Discuss strategy, campaign objectives, and weekly/monthly plans with clients.
Approval Process
Coordinate with internal team and senior members for content and graphic approvals.
Share approved creatives with the client for final confirmation.
After client approval, send the posts to the social media handling team for scheduling.
Social Media Strategy & Growth
Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Suggest campaign ideas, hashtag strategies, influencer collaborations, and platform-specific tactics.
Team Coordination
Ensure timely communication and coordination between content, design, and scheduling teams.
Track post deadlines and campaign launch schedules.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
1+ year of experience in social media content writing and digital marketing.
Excellent command of written English and creative writing skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & other platforms.
Experience working with design teams and creative workflows.
