Software - Product Manager
JOB PURPOSE:
- Understand customer needs and building software product roadmap, features to be embedded and overall platform strategy
- Ensuring that overall product portfolio risks and dependencies are appropriately managed and communicated
- Ensuring the achievement of product Metrics, KPIs and driving OKRs
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Understanding needs of market through Customer Research & Benchmarking
- Build vision for product roadmap & strategy Feature stack
- Work closely with engineering & design team to deliver in Agile manner
- Manage Product Capital spend planning & allocation
- Converting to Tech. Requirements, Manage
- Implementation
- Concept Testing & Analytical tools
- Measuring Customer Feedback and Planning Improvements
a) Qualifications: B. Tech (IT/Computer) and Business Administration in IT Systems
b) Work Experience: 5-8 years of experience
