As a Master Blender, you will be responsible for developing and creating different blends of ingredients for various products. Like whisky gin and brandy You will work closely with the production team to ensure the quality and consistency of the blends, and you will also collaborate with other departments to meet specific customer requirements and optimize production processes. Qualifications • Extensive knowledge and experience in blending different ingredients • Strong understanding of flavor profiles and ingredient combinations • Ability to create and adjust blends based on customer preferences • Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in blends • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices • Good communication and collaboration skills "
