Job Title: Master Culinary Professional
About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Culinary Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and be able to lead our kitchen operations with expertise.
Key Responsibilities
• Food Preparation: Participate in the preparation of food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, production, portion, and presentation standards.
• Cost Management: Be responsible for and accountable for the overall food cost, kitchen supplies, kitchen energy costs, and kitchen utensils.
• Team Collaboration: Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time.
• Dish Presentation: Prepare and properly garnish food orders as they are received in accordance with recipes and proper plate presentation.
• Recipe Adherence: Always adhere to Lapita Autograph Collection standards of preparation, recipes, and presentation.
• Guest Services:
• Maintain buffet and assist guests with serving
• Accepts and prepares special orders
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:
• Strong knowledge of culinary arts and techniques
• Experience in leading kitchen operations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
