Master Data Management Support (Offroll)
We are seeking a skilled professional to support our Master Data Management team in an off-roll capacity. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer and vendor data, while also providing business support in trade and vendor segments.
Key Responsibilities
• Create new customers and vendors with proper KYC and validation within SLA.
• Develop and utilize team resources effectively.
• Ensure customer master data is correct and updated, with regular PAN and bank checks.
• Provide business support in resolving trade and vendor queries.
• Maintain audit compliances with zero audit points.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including Trade Customers amendments, block, unblock, etc.
• Promote trade customer master hygiene through monthly duplicate checks, quarterly log reviews, and corrective actions.
• Complete ad-hoc jobs assigned by the Head of Department.
• Create and maintain material masters with proper validations.
