• Monitor and report on team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed
Requirements

• A diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects in the same field
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and direct others
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and processes
Working Conditions
The working hours for this role are 0+:00 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This is a full-time position, offering a stable and rewarding career path.
Salary and Benefits
