Outbound Sales Manager – Lead the Way at SureCall Contact Centers
Location: Calgary, Alberta | Full-Time | $75K–$85K base + OTE $240K+
We’re looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Manager to join SureCall Contact Centers and take charge of growing and managing our B2B outbound sales team. If you’re a results-driven leader with the experience to recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, recruit, and lead a B2B outbound sales team
Utilize KPIs and CRM tools to track and improve performance
Close high-value deals and coach your team to success
Create and implement effective outbound campaigns targeting North American businesses
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience managing B2B outbound sales teams
Proven success growing revenue and driving team performance
Experience in selling services, not just products
Strong leadership in sales hiring, coaching, and accountability
A hands-on approach with the ability to close large B2B deals
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $75,000–$85,000
OTE (On-Target Earnings): $240,000+ (uncapped commissions)
