Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain provider records in EZCAP with a high level of accuracy
Review provider data regularly to identify and correct errors or missing information
Communicate with providers and provider organizations to collect updated or incomplete data
Work closely with internal teams such as Network Development, Claims, and Customer Service to resolve provider data issues
Support data quality improvement efforts and provider-related projects
Track and document provider updates and communications following company policies
Monitor credentialing and re‑credentialing status to ensure compliance
Assist with special projects as assigned
Education & Experience
Experience with healthcare data entry preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Basic computer skills required
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Reliable, motivated, and efficient
Interest in growth and advancement into higher‑level roles
Desired Skills and Experience
