Salary from $125,6+3 to $138,510 pa. + super and annual leave loading

Your role


We are seeking a Master Scheduler to play a pivotal role in the planning and coordination of a complex portfolio of housing projects that directly impact some of NSW’s most vulnerable communities. You will maintain a comprehensive master schedule that aligns with strategic goals and enables real-time visibility across a large number of projects.


What you’ll do


Maintain and govern a portfolio-wide master schedule, incorporating a large number of housing projects being assessed and delivered simultaneously
Implement scheduling frameworks and best practice processes that drive consistent project planning, monitoring, and reporting across the Housing Portfolio.
Collaborate with Project Managers, executives, and stakeholders to provide guidance, resolve conflicts, and ensure schedule alignment across diverse delivery streams.
Provide predictive analytics and forward-looking insights to inform strategic decisions and mitigate delivery risks.
Generate high-level reports that translate complex scheduling data into meaningful insights for executive stakeholders.
Ensure the integrity of schedule data through rigorous analysis, regular updates, and proactive issue identification and resolution.

What we’re looking for


We’re seeking a Master Scheduler who can manage complex scheduling demands across a diverse, high-value housing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have;


Experience in managing master schedules for large, multi-project portfolios, ideally in infrastructure, construction, housing, or government sectors.
Advanced analytical skills to interpret scheduling data, assess risk, and provide predictive insights and reporting.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence
Experience implementing and governing scheduling frameworks, standards, and best practices across a program or organisation.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate technical scheduling information into actionable advice for senior leaders.
Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
