Jaguar Land Rover Cincinnati has an immediate opening for an Experienced Automotive Master Technician. We are looking for an experienced technician with Master Level status with a Franchised Dealership. Master Tech Sign-On Bonus $5,000! Guarantee of 40 Hours per week for 12 months. Accelerated bonus for hours turned, in tiered form, over 40 hours per week along with existing Tech Video Bonus and ASR Bonus.

From you we ask:
• 6 years or more of active or former master level achievement
• Document stating master level achievement
• To facilitate fast-track JLR level ascension through factory JLR training
• Ability to pass background screenings
• Great attitude, great attendance, great attention to detail
• Desire to maximize your time and turn 40+ hours a week
• Perform basic maintenance, repair, and diagnosis of vehicles
• Fixed right the first-time focus
• Maintain a clean work area
• Maintain communication with the Service Advisors
• General understanding of warranty policies and procedures
• Stay up to date on communications from the manufacturer-Bulletins, TSBs, etc.
• Properly document results from diagnosis and inspections
• Possess an understanding of shop safety
• Stay current with training/development provided by Jaguar/Land Rover
