Designation: Master Tutor Type: Full Time Location: Thane (Head Office) Experience: Minimum 4 years or above Key Result Area (KRA) 1. Acca qualification content development: study text, test series, section C questions, practice mocks, and similar 2. Quality development for ACCA: developing lecture delivery KPIs & assessing the rigor of sessions. 3. Student mentoring for acca papers to assess their preparedness for the examination 4. Developing of academic KPI, mechanisms and tools to assess the progress of the passing rate of each batch 5. Qualifying to achieve platinum ALP status for the institute 6. Developing acca resources such as answer keys for critical questions, exam techniques, internal notes, an important question bank, video lectures, and similar 7. Delivering acca webinars and educational talks on financial literacy to spread ACCA awareness 8. Building social media awareness to spread ACCA tips & trips on YouTube and other global platforms Candidate requirement 1. Should be ACCA qualified 2. Should carry a passion for adding value through ACCA Content development 3. Should have a keen eye on details to enhance lecture delivery value and student academic consumption 4. Should be well versed in building processes, tools, mechanisms, resources, and avenues to increase exam pass rate for each student/batch
