We are seeking a skilled and experienced Masterbatch Production Manager to oversee production operations and ensure high-quality outputs in compliance with customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in production planning, process optimization, and team management within the masterbatch or plastics industry.
Key Responsibilities
Production Oversight: Manage day-to-day masterbatch production to meet targets while ensuring efficiency and quality.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain product quality standards, conducting inspections and addressing quality issues.
Inventory Management: Plan and manage raw material inventory to ensure uninterrupted production.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving production processes, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity.
Team Leadership: Supervise and train the production team, fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Customer Support: Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs and troubleshoot product-related concerns.
· Experience Category/ Industry preference- HDPE / PVC pipe manufacturing
