Conference and Event Manager
This is a challenging role for a highly motivated individual to lead the Conference and Events Service team ensuring that every event exceeds client expectations. As a seasoned events professional, you will oversee the operational delivery of weddings and banqueting events from planning to execution.
The key responsibility of this position is to manage a busy venue with multiple meeting and event spaces catering to clients with diverse needs. The ideal candidate should have a talent for building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading the Conference and Events Service team to deliver outstanding client experiences
• Overseeing the operational delivery of events including weddings and banquets
• Managing event planning and execution from start to finish
• Coordinating with colleagues across Food and Beverage Service to deliver seamless client experiences
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
• Strong events management or supervisory experience within a hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and motivated approach with drive and determination
