Provide administrative support for all course-related work.
Provide administrative support for academic and postgraduate research-related work.
Undertake general office administration duties.
Provide financial administrative support for the Pou Hautū - School Manager.
Demonstrate a high level of technical competence and accuracy with databases, web applications and operating in a PC/Windows environment (e.g. Office 365).
Assist with administrative tasks relating to health and safety requirements.
Updating of Te Kawa a Māui website.
Provide support for events occurring in Ngā Mokopuna.

Key requirements:
Proven experience and excellence in customer service and office administration, providing administrative services in a busy office.
Experience communicating clearly and concisely with a wide range of people over a variety of communication methods.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
An intermediate to advanced level of ability in Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Technical competence in using systems and applications, especially databases, to a high standard of accuracy.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
Familiarity or fluency with te reo Māori and an understanding of tikanga Māori would be desirable.
