Full job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Material Coordinator to support our interior design projects by managing the selection, sourcing, procurement, and tracking of materials. The ideal candidate will ensure timely availability of quality materials, maintain updated records, and coordinate with vendors, designers, and the site team to streamline project execution.

Assist interior designers in identifying, sourcing, and finalizing materials, finishes, and FF&E items.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to obtain samples, quotations, and lead times.

Maintain and update the materials library with the latest catalogs, swatches, and product samples.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project schedules.

Track and manage inventory of materials for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
