Urgent Opening for the post of Material Planner - Logistics.
Location - Maval, Pune
experience - 4 to 8 yrs
Qualification -B.E Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical
Roles and Responsibilities' -
Raw material Planning & Procurement – MRP planning, supplier delivery scheduling, inventory Management & control.
Logistics: Finished Goods packing development, co-ordination with freight forwarded/clearing agent and finalization of dispatch/logistics provider.
Production labeling and confirmation
Vendor follow up, cost analysis, premium freight and critical situations.
Track daily shipments, shift requirements, maintain data of critical parts, track vendor’s shipment, work on a various alarm levels, material availability and participate in various
meetings.
Handling of import/export of material with packing and forwarding.
Handle the logistics supply chain including contracting with suppliers, support RFQs complete exposure to various forms of transportation/handling/co-ordination, route optimization
cost control, data analysis, liaison with plant/suppliers and customers.
SAP training & skill development.
Coordination with accounts for supplier payments and credit management.
Mrp Activation and Material master Data maintenance
Supplier launch and Ramp up planning
Packaging design and approval from customer and VPI
BS4 - RM material planning &ensure availability as per customer demand
Managing execution and de-risking material management
Inventory analysis month over month
Change management via ECM.
Sap experience in MM module and Planning ( customer and supplier)
