Responsibilities
Oversee human capital management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
Manage employee leave of absence and benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, vacation and sick leave.
Administer benefits programs, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with applicable laws.
Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, reporting, and workforce management insights.
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and tact, employing conflict management skills to resolve concerns effectively.
Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning requirements through diligent policy enforcement.
Coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and support organizational goals.
Manage HR sourcing strategies via social media management tools and other channels to attract diverse candidates.
Assist in all human resources activities as directed, to meet department goals.
Experience
Proven experience in human resources management or related fields with a focus on talent acquisition, leave of absence (FMLA/CFRA/PDL/FEHA/ADA/AAP/CAL-Osha/WC/EEOC/FLSA/HIPPA), and benefits administration.
Strong knowledge of employment & labor law and HR compliance standards.
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organization.
Administrative experience involving data entry, contracts management, and payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now.
In depth experience with Excel creating and maintaining spreadsheets

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 5:30 am -2:30pm or 6:00am-3:00pm
