The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong understanding of educational methodologies. Duties
Educate students in Math through tailored lesson plans.
Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to enhance understanding and performance.
Assess student progress and adapt tutoring methods accordingly to ensure effective learning.
Collaborate with parents to develop strategies for student success.
Support students with special education needs by employing appropriate teaching techniques.
Maintain a positive, encouraging atmosphere that promotes student engagement and confidence.
Requirements
Experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children in a classroom or educational setting.
Strong knowledge of Math or Related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
