About the role
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll work both behind the scenes and at the front desk. This role is for approximately 24 hours per week, and will include the occasional Saturday shifts.
In this role you’ll:
Process and prepare new library items to a high standard
Maintain accurate catalogue records
Support workroom tasks and daily operations
Provide friendly, helpful service at the public desk
Assist customers with library services, technology, and enquiries

Previous library experience is great, but not essential — a genuine interest in library services is key.
